The TV Tirade

For those of us with day jobs, TV shows take up a good chunk of our weeknight evenings. Then for those of us with PVR's we can tape those shows that happen to occur at the same time on a different channel. GOD BLESS technology! Then there's time shifting for when you can't wait to watch your favourite show and don't want to wait till later... So I'll get on with it. This is a spoiler alert for those that might not want to find out what happened.

Season Finale Roundup

The How I Met Your Mother Season Finale was pretty decent. Love the writers on that show. Apparently, they wrote "Clone High" also an awesome short lived MTV cartoon. I'm a little confused that whether or not it was the last episode of the show or not. It had kind of an air to it with the whole Robin and Ted breakup, but there's so much more they can go ahead with. I've got my fingers crossed that it wasn't. It's one of the few comedy shows I like that will send my girlfriend into infectious fits of giggles. She continues to "claim" that she doesn't like the show.

Smallville Season Finale was pretty crazy. Lana died? Highly unlikely, the milk truck driving by was much too obvious. Bizzaro Clark Kent I'm looking forward to that. Martha Kent taking off to Washington, DC was kind of lame though. You'd think they'd have found a better way to write off her character. Chloe's strange healing powers throw an interesting twist. Hopefully we'll be seeing more justice league next season.

CSI - Las Vegas - You gotta love the whole miniature killer thing. Super intriguing. Who knew the killer was a deranged girl? Will Sara bite the dust? Gill tells the team he loves her? Heavy stuff. Jorja Fox is a holdout on her contract so she might not come back...

Looking forward to watching the LOST season finale this week. It'll be interesting to see how they string it all together. It was so tight through the first season, and then has gradually slowly unraveled. Too many filler episodes if you ask me. Lots of little mysteries to understand, I'll definitely tune in.

Basically you just learned that I watch too much TV.
